  1. I will die on the hill of NMN. THAT is a powerful health supplement. I agree, you die when you die. But NMN enhances the Quality of my life. I’m 300 lbs. Nmn is my last resort.

  2. The whole longevity movement is a cult made up of rich people and their follower psychopaths who aspire to be rich like them who want to create this end of death so that tyrants can never die.

  3. Kind of criminal showing a clip of Peter Attia of all people. He talks about supplements sure, but always emphasises that factors such as staying active, eating balanced etc. and improving markers like one’s VO2max, mobility, sleep, relative strength.

    There are literally thousands of charlatans and wannabes out there, that spout nonsense and promote meaningless supplements for pay. Most of them, either advocate for supplement use above healthy eating habits, or even, unhealthy eating habits AND their supplements.
