AG1 is the best tasting “greens “ powder I’ve had
I’ve been on it for a month and ive experienced the same issues as you….honestly I think my gerd has even gotten worse
Like you, I kept seeing AG1 ads everywhere on YouTube (before I got YouTube Premium!) and eventually gave in to trying it. I can’t say it’s boosted my energy levels much, but I have noticed a real improvement in my skin.
The taste, though… not great — it’s got that weird pineapple-vanilla flavor that’s definitely not my favorite. 😅 I usually add a bit of lemon juice to make it more drinkable.
I buy the single-serving sticks from Costco/BJs and have even grabbed one from a vending machine at the airport before. Overall, I actually like it BUT don’t look forward to having it first thing in the morning. So many pros and cons. 🙂
