A must try! The garlic mellows out and you can eat both the garlic and honey. Store for at least 30 days up to a few years. A few tips: Store in a cool, dry place. Burp the jar every day for 2 weeks (open the lip). Place a plate under when you store the honey.

I crush the garlic cloves with the flat side of the knive. Makes for an interesting texture

It’s ready after a day the honey infuses in 24 hours I do this and eat 1 piece of garlic in the morning and at night haven’t had a cold in 7 years I also add red onion slices and ginger cut up with lemon slices it makes for a good strong cough syrup also
