I’m eating a high protein diet for osteoporosis, but now I read that it’s bad for the heart!!! I’m so fed up of juggling my health conditions and no idea anymore what I need to do. I was keto, until my osteoporosis diagnosis and switched to high protein. I can’t win, and the doctors in my care aren’t any help as they just advocate the standard western diet.

I take a lot of all the above that you just mentioned. But my blood calcium still keeps coming back extremely low. I still have to go take a bone density test now that I seen my blood work. However my teeth have been melting away since I turned 40 so that is the last 15 years. And I did a no-carb diet for at least seven of those years and it just did not work for me so now I do a low-carb diet. I eat very healthy and I take lots of supplements and take great care of myself however I have horrible genetics. I need to find something that is going to increase the calcium in me so that my body stops taking the calcium from my bones.
And no Amino acids, collagen, minerals in the world are helping me.. lol
