  1. I have not been sick in over 30 years.very strong bone structure ie good bone marrow and incredible immune system. No stress or anxiety. Sleep on ave 3.5 hrs/night and wake up fully rested and alert. Did road running from age 35 to 50. Did 50 ultra marathons and over 70 marathons. No naps. Allways full of energy. Very strong mind , very positive. No coffee or alcohol or supplements. I am 75 years young.

  2. My mom does everything you mentioned and gets hit with the flu often ,
    But I herd that people that take large doses of vitamin D never get sick ❤
