Interesting. I’m actually more interested in whether it helps exercise induced joint pain. I’m not sure if there have been any studies on that or any updates since you made this video series.
Hi Dr, cartilege being avascular, how can nutrients reach to cartilege to repair/improve it?
I would be interesting to know if the test subjects over the long term were actually more active and taking steps to improve their bone and joint health with exercise that the reduced pain afforded them. It would be a great study to do to find out if the combination of collagen and exercise/TP improved the long term effectiveness of collagen supplementation.
