In this video, I go through a little bit more about the plant based diet I follow and share a recipe that I find to help boost libido and give you a lot of energy. This plant based smoothie is a quick easy meal or snack that you can drink when you are on the run. I find that eating a plant based diet has increased my blood flood which has improved my libido and I believe a plant based diet would help both male and female libido also. Beyond the general benefits of a plant based diet, taking maca root powder has also been shown to increase a person’s libido according to self-report studies, so maca powder plus a plant based diet could really boost libido for males and females naturally. So I hope you like this plant based recipe which is an example of what I eat in a day to maintain a healthy plant based diet lifestyle. Beyond libido, a plant based diet can also help you lose weight as I personally lost 23kgs last year with no exercise, just a whole food plant based diet.
