This Combo Supplement Helped Me Through Extreme Stress

This supplement called Mood Support helped me get through a period of extreme stress and symptoms of anxiety a year ago. Everyone has a different biochemistry and with so many factors involved, I assume it will not help everyone. But, if it helps someone, I will be happy that I made this video. This video is NOT sponsored.

Here I share my honest experience with this supplement and my symptoms of anxiety I was dealing with.

If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, I highly recommending reading a book called “Nutrient Power,” by William Walsh. That book is a life-changer and an eye-opener when it comes to specific biochemical causes of these issues, plus solutions through certain supplements.

  1. I drank a Celsius drink two weeks ago haven’t had panic in 8 years and that drink sent me into an absolute frenzy was on the ground for 3 hours now I’m having trouble because of the mental side of what that drink did to me. Complete set back to 8 years ago this absolutely sucks.

  2. St. John’s Wort for Depression and Anxiety (2:30–2:45):
Verification: Supported. St. John’s Wort is approved in Europe (e.g., Germany) for mild to moderate depression, with evidence of efficacy via serotonin and dopamine modulation (Cochrane Database, 2023). It also reduces anxiety in some studies (Phytomedicine, 2021), though data for severe cases is limited.
Critical Note: The creator’s non-depressive use is off-label; benefits for anxiety alone are less established.
    Interactions with Antidepressants (3:10–3:23):
Verification: True. St. John’s Wort induces CYP450 enzymes, increasing metabolism of SSRIs, SNRIs, and MAOIs, risking serotonin syndrome (Drug Safety, 2022). Contraindicated with these medications, requiring medical oversight.
Critical Note: The creator’s dismissal of doctor knowledge is subjective; some are informed, though training gaps exist.

  3. St Johns worth is what started a panic attack and then from there i started having anxiety. I was taking for depression 3 days and the 4th day i got a panic attack. Is not for everyone.

  4. Would this get rid of the shortness of breath feeling?? If not how do I get rid of that it’s so annoying I’m going on 7 weeks since my last 3 panic attacks that came out of nowhere… I’ve been doing box breathing and taking walks when I can. Any help is appreciated!
